Nurtured Through Nature
-
Lara and Genell invite you to join them at Good Medicine Collective for evenings of deep nourishment.
Each evening will be a ceremony guiding ourselves back to our centers using movement, sauna, cold plunge, and reflection in community.
These evenings are intentionally held on or near the new (dark) moon and during the darkest months of the year.
This ritual offers an opportunity to gaze within and claim intentions for the coming moon cycle.
Women have been gathering to honor the phases of the moon for thousands of years.
Let us keep this practice alive through connection, movement, light nourishment, and the healing waters of the sauna and cold plunge.
We are dedicated to being in a relationship with the Sacred Feminine and revere archetypes of the Goddess. We welcome women, non-binary, and gender-queer people who are devoted to the fullest expression of their souls.

Winter Solstice Practice

Winter Solstice Restorative + Healing Touch
Take a sacred pause this holiday season. As the light begins its slow return, we’ll follow its path inward—slowing down, softening, and turning toward deep rest. Together we’ll land in our bodies, steady the breath, and rest in the spaciousness of slow time. This evening practice offers gentle, earth-centered movement and restorative postures supported by cozy props, inviting a sense of grounding and renewal. Optional hands-on care and healing touch will be offered throughout.
Joining Genell in this special solstice gathering is friend and colleague Lara Turnure, a gifted massage therapist whose nurturing presence will deepen the experience of rest and restoration.

You are holding so much.
The visible pieces of life, and the unseen ones too. The care, the labor, the tending. The quiet emotional weight of living in this world right now. This gathering is an invitation to set it all down.
Under the light of the Full Moon, a time that naturally illuminates, amplifies, and releases, we gather as women to rest, to be held, and to receive what becomes possible when effort softens and spaciousness returns.
Join Genell Huston and Ginny Gill for a nourishing women’s circle devoted to presence, nervous system settling, and coming back home to yourself. This is a space to exhale, to let go of what no longer needs to be carried, and to remember the vitality that lives beneath the surface.
We will begin with a heart-centered cacao journey, inviting warmth, openness, and gentle illumination to move through the body. Cacao supports the softening of the heart and the quieting of the mind, creating a doorway into deeper listening and embodied presence.
From there, we will move into mindful, intuitive movement. A slow and supportive yoga practice designed to help you drop out of doing and into sensing. Together we will listen to the wisdom of the body, reconnecting to sensation, breath, and the innate intelligence that lives within your tissues and cells.
We will then be guided into a breathwork journey, using conscious, continuous breath to access the subconscious, release stored emotion, and invite the nervous system into deeper regulation and rest. The Full Moon supports this work of illumination and release, helping what has been held in the shadows gently rise and move through.
When women are given permission to pause, to be supported, and to truly receive, something essential awakens. Creative life force stirs. Vitality returns. A felt sense of inner wealth, abundance, and aliveness begins to re-emerge. The spark that may have dimmed finds its way back to the surface.
We will close our time together in shared presence and gentle integration, honoring what has been revealed and what is ready to be released under the Full Moon’s light.
An optional warming sauna will be available following the circle for those who wish to linger, soften further, and continue the journey in quiet communion.
Come as you are.
Lay it down.
Rest.
