Nurtured Through Nature

Lara and Genell invite you to join them at Good Medicine Collective for evenings of deep nourishment.
Each evening will be a ceremony guiding ourselves back to our centers using movement, sauna, cold plunge, and reflection in community.
These evenings are intentionally held on or near the new (dark) moon and during the darkest months of the year.
This ritual offers an opportunity to gaze within and claim intentions for the coming moon cycle.
Women have been gathering to honor the phases of the moon for thousands of years.
Let us keep this practice alive through connection, movement, light nourishment, and the healing waters of the sauna and cold plunge.
We are dedicated to being in a relationship with the Sacred Feminine and revere archetypes of the Goddess. We welcome women, non-binary, and gender-queer people who are devoted to the fullest expression of their souls.

Spring Equinox + New Moon Ceremony
In tune with your nature in nature
Lara and Genell invite you to gather in nature to honor March’s New Moon Cycle. Both feel most alive when barefoot among rooted trees, near free-flowing water, and warmed by the heat of a sauna.
The morning will unfold as a ceremony guiding us back to center through movement, sauna, time surrounded by the trees, cold snow rolls, connecting openly with others, and sharing foods supporting our own vitality.
Saturday, March 21, 9-12noon

A women's mini-immersion to nurture the sacredness of YOU - movement, breath, nourishment and sauna in a gorgeous sanctuary in Freeport.
Hosted by Genell Huston + Ginny Gill
Together in a sacred circle we will nurture and welcome the life-giving energies of Spring and be guided by movement, breath, spirit, in a sacred container to support the sprouting creative essence in each of us. Be ready to move, breathe, and be.
The mini-immersion will weave together practices and ceremonies that support bringing us closer to our own bodies, minds, and hearts in community. We will open with a welcoming heart-centered cacao circle and then move into a yoga session to support deep listening to the wisdom well of your body's movements, sensations, and divine nature. The movements will help you connect to your tissues, to your mind, to your heart. After the movement, we will shift into a Breathwork Journey, moving into a conscious continuous breath to support access to a deeper level of consciousness, release stored emotion, and settle our nervous system into rest, digest, and release.
The majesty of you is grand and deserves to be nurtured. We will then savor the senses with a delicious locally sourced and prepared lunch. Following lunch melt into the ways of reception with nature and with the warmth of the steamy sauna.
These practices combined can offer big shifts, releases, and inspirations. This day is for you to welcome your whole self. This mini-immersion is meant to be a nurturing experience aimed at honoring and supporting mothers in all stages of their journey and in all forms, offering you a space to rest, heal, and reconnect with the divine mother energy alive in you. As we nurture the mother in each of us, we also nurture our Sacred Mother.
Who is this for:
We are dedicated to being in a relationship with the Sacred Feminine and revere archetypes of the Goddess. We welcome women, non-binary, and gender-queer people who are devoted to the fullest expression of their souls.
